The Application & Video Intake
Why do I need to record a video? We use an intake form with a video requirement because it allows us and our clients to see your personality and hear your communication style firsthand.
What should I say in the video? Please do not read from a script. We want to see the real you—be relaxed, share your experience, and tell us why you’re a great fit for the role.
What happens after I submit the form? Our team reviews every submission; if any information or documents are missing, we will reach out to you via text to complete your profile.
Matching & Interviews
How am I presented to clients? Once you are vetted, we match you with specific roles that fit your skill set or the specific position you applied for.
How will I know if a client is interested? If a client expresses interest, you will receive a message from us asking if you are still available and interested in that specific opportunity.
What if I don't get selected for the interview? Clients select a few candidates for the final interview stage; if you are not chosen, we will notify you and keep your profile in our active database for future positions that match your skills.
Hiring & Payments
How does the hiring process conclude? If you are selected after the interviews, we facilitate the signing of professional contracts between you and the client to ensure everyone is protected.
How and when do I get paid? We handle payments through our previously tested and secure payment platforms.
Can I choose my payment method? Yes, we discuss the available platforms with you to ensure the method suits your specific needs and your country of residence before you begin working.
