About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Onboarding Specialist to help new customers successfully adopt our AI solutions. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process, ensuring clients are set up efficiently, trained effectively, and positioned for long-term success.
You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and help clients realize value from our AI products as quickly as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new client onboarding projects from contract signing through successful implementation.
- Conduct kickoff meetings to understand client goals, workflows, and success metrics.
- Guide customers through platform setup, configuration, integrations, and account activation.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and onboarding workshops.
- Create onboarding plans, timelines, and implementation documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve onboarding issues and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor onboarding progress and proactively communicate updates to clients.
- Identify potential risks, challenges, or delays and develop solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities within CRM and customer success platforms.
- Gather client feedback and communicate insights to Product and Leadership teams.
- Support the transition from onboarding to ongoing Customer Success management.
- Contribute to improving onboarding processes, documentation, and training materials.
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Onboarding, Account Management, Project Coordination, or a related customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM systems and customer success platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.
Preferred
- Experience working with AI, SaaS, automation, or technology products.
- Knowledge of API integrations, workflow automation, or CRM systems.
- Experience conducting virtual training sessions and webinars.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Recruit CRM, Slack, Zoom, or project management platforms.
