Are you a persuasive, high-energy closer with a track record in the financial sector? We are looking for a Financial Sales Closer to join our team and drive capital solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
In this role, you won't just be "selling loans" you’ll be a strategic partner helping business owners secure the liquidity they need through MCA (Merchant Cash Advances), Term Loans, and Bridge Financing.
Base Salary: $1,000 USD / month
Commission: Aggressive, uncapped structure (High-ticket payouts)
Market: US/International (English-speaking markets)
Remote: Yes
Closing Deals: Converting high-intent leads into funded accounts.
Financial Consulting: Analyzing bank statements and credit profiles to determine the best funding options for the client.
Relationship Management: Building trust with business owners to ensure repeat funding cycles.
Pipeline Management: Navigating the underwriting process and pushing deals across the finish line with speed.
Industry Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Finance, specifically within the MCA or Alternative Lending space. You should understand "buy rates," "factors," and "funding logic."
Language Mastery: Fluent/Native English is a non-negotiable. You must be able to handle complex rebuttals and build rapport with US-based business owners effortlessly.
The "Closer" DNA: You thrive on the phone, you’re resilient against "no," and you know how to create urgency without being overbearing.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs (like Salesforce or Pipedrive) and VOIP systems.
