Job Description
We are hiring a Claims Admin (Welcome Team + Accounts Receivable Follow-Up) to support our fast-paced public adjusting firm. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering a strong first impression for new clients and keeping active claims moving through consistent, professional communication. Schedule is 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, confident on the phone, and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups without dropping details.
Key responsibilities include welcoming and onboarding new clients (confirming basic information, setting expectations, and coordinating next steps), responding to inbound calls/texts/emails, and following up on accounts receivable payments (sending reminders, confirming payment status, and communicating clearly with clients and internal team members). Executive assistant experience is a plus (not required)—we mainly need someone with high communication skills, strong follow-through, and a calm, professional tone.
