Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Flexible)

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Website Chat Specialist to join our team in Latin America. Responsibilities:
  • Engage with website visitors through live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Assist online visitors with product information, technical support, troubleshooting, and order processing.
  • Maintain a friendly and helpful tone in chat interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Escalate complex issues or inquiries to appropriate teams or departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Collect and document customer feedback, concerns, and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Monitor website chat queues and respond to chats in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of chat support resources and knowledge base.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or relevant certifications preferred).
  • Excellent written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in using chat support software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or related roles is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong typing skills and the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently in a chat-based format.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer inquiries.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ethical and trustworthy with a commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality.
