Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Flexible)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist to join our HR team. As a Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new talent, as well as providing HR support to employees. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of talent acquisition and HR practices. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment and HR, with a passion for connecting with top talent and fostering a positive work environment. This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and requirements.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies and utilize various sourcing channels.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and candidate databases.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely feedback.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations and address HR-related inquiries.
  • Assist in performance management and employee development processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay updated with HR trends and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
