Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media & Content Manager to join our marketing team. As a Social Media & Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing our online presence. The role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in social media management and content creation, with a passion for driving brand awareness and community growth. This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Create and curate high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity.
Monitor social media trends and industry developments to identify opportunities and best practices.
Interact with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and company events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and content marketing trends and tools.
Assist in creating and implementing content marketing strategies across various channels.
Explore new platforms and approaches to expand our online presence and reach.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience behavior.
Proficiency in content creation and curation, including writing, image editing, and video editing.
Knowledge of social media scheduling and management tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical skills to interpret data and track social media performance.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
