Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Specialist to join our remote team in Latin America. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project leads and team members to understand research objectives and requirements.
Conduct thorough research using a variety of sources, including online databases, academic journals, and industry reports.
Compile and analyze data to generate insights, trends, and meaningful findings.
Synthesize complex information into clear and concise reports, presentations, or summaries.
Verify and fact-check information to ensure accuracy and credibility.
Assist in the development of research methodologies, study designs, and data collection processes.
Manage and organize research data and documents in an organized manner.
Adhere to deadlines and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
Stay updated on research methodologies, industry trends, and emerging topics.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of research guidelines and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred).
Strong research and analytical skills, with an ability to synthesize complex information.
Proficiency in using online research databases, search engines, and data analysis tools.
Previous experience in research, data analysis, or related roles is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable research.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
Positive attitude, team player, and a willingness to take initiative.
