Brand Manager

Location: US Standard Time Zone

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Flexible)

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute brand strategies and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and equity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.
  • Create and oversee the development of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and promotional items.
  • Manage the design and production of brand assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  • Lead the planning and execution of brand events, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support brand initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in branding principles, marketing strategies, and digital marketing tools.
  • Previous experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Creative thinking and a strong eye for design and visual aesthetics.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions to enhance brand performance.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Ethical and trustworthy with a commitment to upholding brand integrity.
