Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist , you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing various administrative tasks and operations within the company. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently ensuring that our company's HR processes run smoothly and proficiently.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the US-based HR team to support a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.
Provide timely and accurate HR assistance and guidance to employees in Latin America, addressing inquiries related to benefits, leaves, policies, and other HR-related matters.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs tailored to the Latin American workforce, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for Latin American positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
Conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and facilitating the integration of new hires into the company culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases for the Latin American region.
tay current on HR trends and legal developments in Latin American countries to ensure the company's practices remain compliant and effective.
Support the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the Latin American workforce.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
Minimum of [X] years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on HR operations and employee relations.
Solid understanding of Latin American labor laws, regulations, and cultural nuances.
