Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and adaptable AutoCAD and 3D Design Specialist to join our remote team in Latin America. If you have a passion for precision drafting, a keen eye for detail, and are dedicated to creating innovative 2D and 3D designs, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and team members to understand design requirements and objectives.
Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D design models, layouts, and technical drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Generate 3D renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts and ideas.
Assist in the development of construction documents, plans, and specifications.
Incorporate changes and revisions to design drawings based on feedback and project needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design compatibility and coordination.
Stay updated on design software updates, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
Adhere to deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design guidelines and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max).
Previous experience in 2D and 3D design, drafting, or related roles is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Strong technical and drafting skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong understanding of design principles, spatial relationships, and construction methods.
Creative thinking and the ability to visualize and translate design concepts into drawings.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
