How It Works​

1. Introduction: Introduce us to your referral by sending us an email. 

2. Follow-up: Upon receiving your email, a member of our team will book a call with your referral.

3. Hiring Process: We will provide your referral with a list of qualified talent.

4. Contracts: Contracts are signed and freelancers are hired.

5. Payment: After we have finished with the recruiting or received at least 3 months worth of paid services, you will receive a $500 referral bonus for the successful client referral.

Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is effective as of; [ “Date of Agreement” ]
between Latin Assist ("Latin Assist")
&
Affiliate [ “Affiliates Name or Business Name” ]

The Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the participation in Latin Assist's Affiliate Program.

1. Introduction
This Agreement establishes the framework under which the Affiliate engages with Latin Assist's Affiliate Program. By participating, the Affiliate agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Definitions
Throughout this Agreement:
- Latin Assist: Refers to the recruitment agency, Latin Assist.
- Affiliate: Denotes the referring company participating in Latin Assist's Affiliate Program.
- Affiliate Program: Represents the partnership initiative created by Latin Assist for referring clients in need of talent in Latin America.
- Commission:
Signifies the payment of $500 USD to the Affiliate for the successful referral of a client who engages freelancers through Latin Assist. This payment occurs either upon the completion of the recruitment and hiring process or after 3 consecutive months of service payments towards a full-time freelancer.

3. Purpose of the Agreement
This Agreement establishes a collaborative partnership between Latin Assist and the Affiliate:
- The Affiliate actively refers clients seeking talent in Latin America to Latin Assist.
- Latin Assist becomes the primary resource for talent recruitment for the referred clients.
- Latin Assist commits not to engage in recruitment activities that compete with the efforts of the Affiliate for clients or referrals received through the Affiliate's endeavors.

4. Participation in the Affiliate Program
4.1 Referral Arrangement
The Affiliate commits to referring clients in need of talent in Latin America to Latin Assist, utilizing the provided tracking mechanism or unique referral link.
4.2 Commission Structure
For every successfully referred client engaging freelancers through Latin Assist, the Affiliate will receive a Commission of $500 USD. This Commission is payable either upon the completion of the entire hiring process or after 3 consecutive months of service payments towards a full-time freelancer.

5. Commission and Payment
7.1 Commission Payment
Latin Assist will remit the agreed-upon Commission to the Affiliate within [specify time frame], either upon the successful hiring of freelancers by the referred client or after 3 months of consecutive monthly service payments towards a full-time freelancer.
7.2 Payment Currency
Commission payments will be made in the currency specified by Latin Assist.

8. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Termination may occur at any time through written notice. Upon termination, Latin Assist will settle any outstanding Commissions owed to the Affiliate.

9. Confidentiality
Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of any disclosed information, including client data and business strategies, utilizing such information solely for the purposes outlined in this Agreement.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the complete understanding between Latin Assist and the Affiliate concerning the subject matter herein, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

12. Amendment and Waiver
Any modification or waiver of any provision of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
