Our Goal is to Find the Talent you're Searching for, Ensuring a Perfect Match.
Our team of recruiters search for the best bilingual talent for your position and contact them about your specific role.

Step 4

Candidate Profiles
We will Promptly Email you a Vetted Group of Freelancers Matching your Specific Requirements, each candidate profile will come packed with a Resume/ CV, Personal Video Introduction, Personality Test Results as well as an Internet Speed Test.

Step 5

The Interview
Interview the Candidates, Assess their Abilities & Personalities! Take your time, we are happy to guide you along the way if you’re new to this process. If you need to schedule a work interview we would be happy to set that up as well.

Step 6

Contract & Onboarding
Onboarding Begins, Start Date is Set, and the Contracts are Signed between you and your professional.
Our legal team has created custom contracts specifically for you and your international worker. Let us take care of the difficult part.
