Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and brand initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling email content, graphics, and templates.
Segment email lists based on audience characteristics and behaviors for targeted campaigns.
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Test and optimize email subject lines, content, layouts, and calls-to-action to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Manage the email marketing calendar, scheduling and coordinating campaigns for timely delivery.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing.
Ensure compliance with email regulations and best practices for deliverability and privacy.
Assist in the development of email marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred).
Strong written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with an ability to craft engaging email copy.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and data analytics.
Previous experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking and a strong eye for design and visual aesthetics.
Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
