Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Flexible)

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team in Latin America. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for assisting customers, and are eager to provide top-notch service, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while resolving customer issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to handle escalated customer inquiries and complex issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback for process improvements.
  • Follow established customer service guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Meet performance targets, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or relevant certifications preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related roles is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong active listening skills and empathy when interacting with customers.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and handle diverse customer needs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
